No time to blog today.  Luckily the OIG has written more than enough.

One in five claims?

Yes – but today they recognized that the ZPICS etc are wrongly denying claims to the tune of $2billion for 2009 & 2010. I submit that this report is a lot hyperbole (fancy word for BS!) designed to bash the industry more.

That said – yes there are bad players and I continue to encourage anyone with knowledge of bad players (you know those guys buying Medicare #’s off the street and billing for services never rendered) to make the report each and every day until someone shuts them down.
